Habersham Central High School

Class of 2018 Graduation Plan

All efforts will be made to hold graduation Friday night, May 25, at 8pm in Raider Stadium. Graduation may be delayed up to two hours due to inclement weather. Be prepared to observe the ceremony in rainy conditions. Bring ponchos, etc., however, please do not bring umbrellas. We will be monitoring the forecast and will make a decision about postponement of graduation to Saturday by 1pm on Friday.

If graduation is postponed, it will be held Saturday morning at 9am in the stadium, if at all possible. Graduation may be delayed up to two hours on Saturday for inclement weather. Be prepared to observe the ceremony in rainy conditions. Bring ponchos, etc., however, please do not bring umbrellas.

If weather does not permit graduation to be held in the stadium Saturday morning, the ceremony will be moved to the Habersham Central Gymnasium as a ticketed event. Students will receive tickets at graduation practice. Each student will receive 4 tickets for admittance to the Habersham Central Gymnasium and 4 tickets for admittance to the NGA Auditorium, NGA Cafeteria, and the Habersham Central Cafeteria. These locations will allow for overflow seating and an effort will be made to live-stream the ceremony to these locations. All overflow seating is first-come, first-served.

Again, we will make every effort to hold the Habersham Central graduation ceremony Friday night, May 25th, at 8pm in Raider Stadium.
